Accounting & tax services to support your individual or business needs

Bookkeeping

Record keeping for all financial transactions to provide the necessary information to produce financial statements and tax filings.

Your Bookkeeping Needs

We can track all financial transactions across every division of your business or hone in on specific areas to produce financial statements and tax filings that streamline your accounting processes and help optimize growth.

Whether it’s bank deposits, invoicing, paying staff and vendors, or tracking late payments, these are all essential to your business. We can help to ease your workload by taking some or all of these items off your plate.

Instead of recruiting and training employees to manage your bookkeeping needs–putting a drain on your time and resources–take advantage of our professional expertise and let us do the work for you.

Take Advantage of Our Expertise:

  • Payroll
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Full cycle bookkeeping services
  • Accounts payables and receivables
  • Filing of PST, GST/HST, payroll and WCB

We can do some of it or all of it–in your free consultation we’ll help identify where you need the most help.

Among the many advantages of outsourcing your accounting and bookkeeping requirements is that you can choose which services are relevant for you and only pay for what you need.

We’ll also help minimize errors in your records and provide the oversight of a full team that you don’t need to hire and train internally.

Your Business Takes Center Stage

Instead of adding accounting and financial record-keeping to an already overloaded itinerary that has you juggling new roles every day, outsource these responsibilities to us so you can focus on what matters–managing and growing your business.

Whether you are a sole proprietor, limited liability partnership or an incorporated entity, we offer bookkeeping services tailored to your needs, freeing you to focus on other aspects of your business.

Frequently asked questions

Can I hand over only part of my bookkeeping?

Yes. You can choose which services are relevant to you and only pay for what you need — payroll alone, bank reconciliations alone, or full cycle bookkeeping. In a free consultation we identify where you actually need the most help.

How long do I have to keep my business records?

As a general rule the CRA expects business records to be kept for six years from the end of the tax year they relate to. Some situations require longer retention, so records tied to the purchase of long-held assets are worth keeping beyond that.

Do you work with my existing accounting software?

In most cases yes. We work with businesses from sole proprietors to larger enterprises across a range of systems, and part of our advisory work is setting up a system that is easy for you to actually use day to day.

How does bookkeeping affect my year-end tax bill?

Clean books are what make deductions claimable. Expenses that are not recorded, or not supported by documentation, tend to be left out at year end — so poor records usually mean paying more tax than necessary, not less.
